Well it's been almost a week since my 40th party and the general feedback I've had is that everybody enjoyed themselves.

Thanks to all who came it really made me think that maybe life does begin at 40. I'll let you know when I actually get there.....very soon....not yet

The porker went down well. Rather too well down some necks by all accounts. And as for the beer well the young ones couldn't keep up with the pace, falling asleep at midnight...you know who you are.

Thanks again to all, I feel honoured to have such great friends around me at such a delicate time. :-)
